I feel so much better when the humidity drops

What is it about humidity? The last few days the humidity dropped and I feel so much better. My head is clear, my muscles aren't as achey and I even have energy. Tomorrow it's going to rain again. I hate the rain as I feel it in my joints before a single drop has fallen.

I suspect it's because mold spores go up and I am highly reactive to mold. Is this also a common Lyme thing?

This is a mold thing. Lyme just happens to make it worse...

Try Molybdenum supplements...they help with candida toxins, might also help mold toxins...
