I'm so confused. My LLMD said no sugar and no yeast. The Lyme Diet says kefir is good, but other web resources say to avoid it if you are going yeast-free. I'm lost. There is so much cross-over in a lot of these diets.
dates and figs?
bananas?
beets? (no root veggies? or yes root veggies?)
tomatoes?
I'm starving. I eat greens all day and I'm still hungry. I had some quinoa with spinach and that was good, but I stll feel hungry all the time.
I'm drinking tons of lemon water and just made up food for the week which might make it easier- eggs and spinach, broccoli, collards, sweet-potato, some salmon...
