No - HIV is a virus not bacterial in origin.
Although I do think that drs employ a similar reasoning in that the lyme bacteria mutate rather rapidly which is why they hit them with 'cocktails' a mix of antibiotics and herbs what have you. The chances of bacteria mutating rapidly enough to avoid being affected by multiple antibiotics is literally thousands of probabilities less. If you really want I could get into it mathematically. 
A lot of HIV patients are on antibiotics because they are more prone to infection but it is not to address the HIV infection.
