LLMD in NH Recommendation

I have recently been diagnosed with LYme. I am a 44 yr old woman. The onset was a large infection like area about the size of a kiwi on my left thigh. It started off looking like a zit, then within a couple hours became 2 zits and within 12 hours became a bubbly area. Within 24 hours became grey/black in the middle. The outersphere about the size of a cantelope was incredibly red and hot. Dr.'s thought i had shingles. After a couple of days of being extremely ill with flu like symptoms (103 temp, body aches, lethargic, etc..) went back to Urgent care and gave me yet another antibiotic thinking it may be staph. The following day i knew this diagnosis was all wrong - went to the ER where they took lots of blood. The following day was called & confirmed i had LYME. I "believe" i caught this early - but after a lot of research i don't want to make any assumptions. I am on Doxy for 21 days - i am going to follow up with my GP - but ant to get a referral to a LLMD - Can someone suggest a good LLMD in NH or northern MA?
