There are so many things you could look into.
I don't know what you could specifically do for your pain. I have not found anything that helps significantly. I tend to use advil and turmeric/curcumin in high doses. Magnesium used to help some of my pain levels as well. In general I think there are a few things you want to consider:
1. Make sure you have a good LLMD. I assume you do based on the treatment you are on currently which is quite aggressive.
2. Consider yeast, mold, parasites, viruses, co-infections, nutritional deficiencies, immune dysfunction, biofilms, adrenal and thyroid issues etc. It's important to look into and address each of these issues as they are all very common factors for those with chronic Lyme.
