First bad night in a while...

Well the positive thing is I haven't had night time issues in a while but tonight I got that dreadful reminder that the Lyme is alive and well in me. I woke up at midnight to find that both my arms and right shoulder were numb/asleep, drenching sweat, aching all over, 95°temp and complete feeling of detachment and anxiety. The anxiety wasn't as bad this time around though since I'm so familiar with the feeling thank God. The anxiety used to send me right to the er. I can't wait to get off my candida treatment and back to killing bugs next week ahhhh.

I am very sorry you had to wake up and feel that way. I understand how you feel and have been up all night. I have anxiety and do often wake up either gasping for air and have that air hunger condition or I wake up and can't sleep for the entire night like last night. I wanted to go to the ER so many times but I know that unfortunately there is nothing they can do. I hope you have a better night tonight... wishing you a good nights sleep this evening...

I so understand this! I've had bad nights the last few nights too. After sleeping weel for weeks. Heart racing, numb limbs, general feeling that something is VERY wrong. Feeling certain death is near...it's truly miserable :(

Will228, how are you being treated for Candida? I ask because I found I have a yeast infection in my private parts (I am a male). This is something that I have never had before. It is probably happening to me now that I am on antibiotics. I have stomach pains that I think may be Candida overgrowth in my stomach as well.

I sleep with a fan on me, or away from me, so that the air circulates. It helps me sleep and prevent getting hot. Winter or not, blankets or no blankets. A fan is essential for me.
