I have now killed a herx 3 times by exercising. I'm not doing massive major exertion, just enough to get my heart rate up and sweat a little.
This morning I was having the most skin reaction (tingling, stinging biting etc) that I've had since starting the herbs, figured it was because I upped the Teasel yesterday and am up to 5 drops twice a day.
Since it was one of my PT days at work I would rather go to the gym then start work earlier I went and did a 30 minute lightweight exercise video. After I was done and since then my skin feels almost normal.
The last 2 times I went for a brisk walk each time only 30 - 40 minutes.
So I just wanted to encourage you that if you are able to walk or move about and don't feel good. Please try it. I think the light sweating and the increased oxygen are what is doing it. My LLND keeps telling me that antioxidants are the best way to kill a herx so this makes sense.
I know not everyone here is able to get up and walk, and I truly hope that one day you can. But if you are able even if all you want to do is sleep, try and get moving. Don't overdo it, just try it and see if it helps. I mean, it's free!!! and we pay enough for all our supplements and treatments
