I'll be starting Houttuynia this Friday. Scared, but I need to do this!
I've went through Traveler's posts on Houttuynia, so I think I know I need to go very slow, detox a lot, and be prepared for herxing... fun fun fun!!! 
Hope there are no side effects on long term...
