Can someone refer a LLMD on Long Island?

My 74 year old Mother has been suffering from Lymes for quite a while, her numbers are so high and her Dr. keeps sending her to an infectious disease Dr. but her results are not changing. Can someone please recommend a LLMD on Long Island? Thank you so much.
