Dry skin brushing is an excellent detox tool and stimulates the lymph system:

Hope this helps,

Thanks, Deejavu.
I have a skin brush and use it every day.
I was just wondering if anyone actually went and had a lymph massage. Maybe just using my skin brush at home will do close to the same job? (and is less expensive!)

Hi there,
I have been doing lymph drainage now for about
5 sessions, and I will say that I don't feel better after I herx terribly. So I think it is actually working in getting the toxins out. I go once a week and then follow up that week with a colonic too. It is my belief that multiple therapies work well together and your body need many avenues to rid itself of the toxins. I do the following:
Everyday:
Infrared sauna at 120 degrees every day for 45 min
Epson salt baths every night
Dry skin brushing before each of the above
Weekly:
Lymph drainage
Colonic
Glutathione drip with magnesium and Vit B
Every other week:
UVB tx (they take a but of blood from my arm with an IV and run it several times under a UVB light and slowly push this back into my body)
High doses of Vit C in an IV
All of the above work together and after a month on abx and the above I starting to feel better. So I know for me this is working. The important thing is to figure out what works for you and constantly reevaluate your own protocol. Everyone heals from this in different ways.
Hope that helps!
