Let's just keep adding more to the list...

Now my teeth are stained.

I'm guessing it is from the antibiotics. I was taking Amoxicillan for 2 months until it caused GI issues. I wonder if the staining will stop now that I've stopped the Amoxicillan? I'm still taking the Clarithromycin.

Will it go away or can I treat this somehow?

I've had it with Lyme.

Yes, you are right, when I was on Doxy my bottom teeth turned black and grey which scared me!  When I stopped the Doxy they turned back to their ugly colors...  Coffee stained!! 

Don't worry about it as it's not permanent.  Are you taking probiotics (the type that has to be in the refrigerator)?

Whew- that is a relief to hear. I'll take the coffee-stained teeth any day! I'm just glad it won't be permanent, and that it doesn't indicate anything more serious like rotting teeth!

Hi Binduspire,

Glad I could be of some help!  Nope, it's not permanent.  When I had my lower teeth (I had them extracted due to several reasons) I used a natural product on them to whiten them and it worked great.

When I was on doxy the color of my teeth looked horrible. i went to the dentist for a cleaning and they came out white like they used to be. I am not taking doxy now so it is not an issue. If I should go back on doxy again I will just have to go to the dentist for more cleanings then I usually do.
