I do a lot of things that Sunny1 does: a tidy house, stuffed cupboards, as less house-stress as possible. My house needs to be my sanctuary. I keep in mind that having a clean and tidy house does not have to be a reason for more stress - I was like that before, but I left that behind. I had a talk with hubby explaining him that each thing I do in the household asks for a huge effort, and him not respecting it is not acceptable. He understood (most of the time - lol).
I structurize my days - unexpected events cause a lot of stress, so I try to ignore them, it'll just have to wait (if possible). I don't pick up the phone when I'm not up to it, and I limit my calls in time. I sometimes put my earplugs in to keep the noise out.
I meditate, it helps A LOT!
In the past, I used to take Passiflora Incarnata (Sedanxio), it doesn't put you out, you can function with it during the day, it just takes the edge off. A good product, it didn't make me dependant, even after almost 2 years of use.
I just started Clonazepam (Rivotril) 2 days ago, cause the insomnia was making things too hard for me. I'll see how that works.
