Try one bottle, see if it helps?
I would also research the dosages. Who knows if the dosages are high enough to make any difference.
I'll give you a little bit of help there.
-I take pau d'arco 1000mg 2-3x a day. Compare that to the 33mg of pau d'arco there.
-This 12oz bottle of ginger brew I am drinking right now was brewed with 26g (26000mg) of ginger. Compared to 90mg in that pill.
-I take at least 5,000IU of vitamin D per day. Compared to 400mg in that product you listed.
-1,290mg (1.29g) of vitamin C is a decent amount actually, but of course you can take much more.
-Buhner's recommendation for astragalus is 1,000mg per day (not to be used in chronic lyme) -- compared to 54mg in that product.
Now, in combination, the herbs/vitamins/minerals may work better at lower dosages. But I still don't know if they will be enough to help much. Maybe, maybe not. But you have to see why they can put all those ingredients into one product at a low cost. Because they are putting much, much less of those ingredients. And most of these ingredients have a certain threshold where they start helping. I'm willing to bet the minimum helpful dosages are quite a bit higher than the ones listed in this product, for most people and most situations.
I would still try one bottle (after doing a bit more research to make sure everything in there is ok...)
