Kombucha

It seems not many mention this, so I thought I should. I drink some just about every day. This is the brand I get, http://synergydrinks.com/index.php/products#enlightened-kombucha . I mainly get the Multi Green and Mango. It took some getting used to, but now I crave it. Just have a little each day to start with. I still don't have a whole bottle in a day. I had tried others before, but just didn't care for them. These vary some from batch to batch. There is a small amount of alcohol in them, in case you have a strong sensitivity to it.

Some day I'll make it myself. Buying it is a good way for people to try it before they venture into making it themselves.
