I am working at eliminating ALL sugars (fruits, too), carbs, dairy and processed foods from my diet. I am making and drinking homemade Kefir daily, with stevia from health food store. I use local raw milk from free range non-gmo grain dairy.
My question is along with the Kefir, what types of other probiotics would work along side, and do I need any other probiotics?
My goal is to heal what I believe is leaky gut, and help relieve my LD symptoms as naturally as possible. I know diet is big factor.
I am also taking daily supplements but have just started these, and/or trying to be consistent, and also adding to the list as I continue my research.
