Explosion Sensations on Face ??

Does anybody experience what I can only describe as Explosions on the face?? It almost feels like a snap of a rubberband to my face and then an odd tingling sensation that spreads over my face. It usually happens on the left side confused It get very scared when it happens

I used to have it in my neck, on one side. It has been a while now.

Totally unexpected, like when walking outside, it would feel like getting a very strong whiplash on one side of my neck. It hurt soooo much...

don't know if it is like what you are expecting?

With Neuro Lyme, the nerves are often receive the wrong "message". I used to get these all over my body, including jerking of limbs and other fun things. Hubby got quite used to me saying "Ow" for seemingly no reason - LOL!

As startling as it can be, detoxing and time in treatment will usually take care of these things fortunately.

my goodness!!! LOL! Isnt that the truth!! Sometimes I try to explain to my husband my symptoms and he looks at me like I'm from another planet!!!!

This convo cracks me up!! Only with lyme lol...

I have had many strange facial feelings, I have not had the explosion one tho..
I once suddenly had what felt like all the blood just got caught in my neck.. My neck felt extreme pressure and my whole face started tingling. It was scary lol so I feel ya!
