mold/fungals blocking detox?

My new protocol prescribes 2 months of Sporanox (Itraconazol - 100mg/day).

My question: does mold/fungals prevent one from detoxing? Cause that is my main problem, not being able to detox. The MTHFR mutation test came back normal, so no problem there.

The short answer is yes. Mold/fungus can be a Lyme patients worst nightmare. For some it really messes them up and others, it just throws in an extra 'bump in the road'.

I'm really glad to hear that you don't have the MTHFR gene mutation though!!
