Anyone have success with any of the following:

L-Theanine
Holy Basil
Motherwort
Calms Forte homeopathic
Valerian
Passion Flower
Rhodalia Rosea
Bioidentical Progesterone

I took something called Sedalia today- a homeopathic. It has magnesium in it, and it made my muscles feel relaxed. I am still interested in any other good options.

Not exactly the same but my Dr recommended Vit D3 2000 IU

Researchers at the University of Minnesota found that Vitamin D levels in the body at the start of a low-calorie diet predict weight loss success, suggesting a possible role for vitamin D in weight loss.

High blood levels of vitamin D were found to protect even healthy people at a genetic level. Researchers from Boston University School of Medicine found that higher vitamin D levels in healthy individuals have a significant impact on the genes that are involved in several biologic pathways associated with illnesses, including cancer, autoimmune disease, cardiovascular disease and infectious diseases.

I've used both Motherwort and Avena Sativa to help with my anxiety with good results.

Back in time, I had good results with Passiflora Incarnata. I hyperventilated without knowing it and I was so relieved once I started taking those pills. No problems when I stopped taking it.

3 x 200mg per day (dried aerial part of the plant).

I'm taking L-theanine, phenibut, and Dr. Zhang's AI#3 but still have to resort to rx anti-anxiety meds too. The anxiety is really awful.
