2009 research article stating that Gabapentin (Neurontin) blocks new synapse formation

While in some cases it may be well worth the risk, we need to be aware that there is a risk involved and what it is!

I was actually on Neurontin for quite a while since I was dealing with ignorant docs here in my area. Tried Lyrica as well, but it didn't do a darned thing for me.

This is just something that people need to be aware of if they are in a position where this medication is being suggested. Information is power!
