Replacement for pasta finally found!

Im Italian, so when my LLMD told me I'd have to stop eating pasta I wasnt in a very good mood.

I finally found a good solution and I thought Id share it with you guys. Some manufacturers are now selling pasta made out of soybean, mung bean and regular black beans. They hold up very well in water and do not easily break apart. They also have the same consistency as regular spaghetti and are a lot more nutritious too. I'd grown use to them and I'd say they even taste better than regular pasta.

There are a couple of brands, but Ive personally found an organic one called "Explore Asian Authentic Cuisine". Really really good stuff.

Now all I have to do if find a replacement for bread!

vcast, I buy gluten free pasta that honestly taste like regular pasta and it's from Italy. I promise, you can't tell the difference. The name is BiAglut, an Italian brand of gluten-free products, has more than 45 years of experience in producing gluten-free foods. I place an order about twice a year, even my husband loves it.

We are paleo and don't eat legumes/beans. We use spagetti squash for our noodles. It's not quite the same, but it's the sauce that makes it, right?
