Anyone cook with it?
I bought some yesterday but I've never cooked with it before.

I have not yet baked with teff, but it is a versatile, high-protein grain. The owner of the Ethiopian restaurant I frequent said that Ethiopians use teff to make simple flat breads -- not just injera, which is extremely difficult to get just right. If you do a google search of teff uses, you'll find many recipes.
I myself have purchased teff flour as well but have yet to use it...please post with your results, and I will do the same! :) This motivates me to go ahead and make something with it.

Curious about
this too, I've been looking at it so many times, but never took the chance. Please post your ideas, I'll be glad to try them.
