Hello, I have a couple of questions that I'd really appreciate your input on:
1) what are the signs of a productive detox bath? I realize that detoxing is cumulative and that one may not feel better right away, but I'm trying to make sure that I am actually doing them right...
Do you need to sweat? Or (when using peroxide), is it a good sign if there are a lot of bubbles on your skin under the bath water? (Or are there always going to be a lot of bubbles regardless?) I read the "New to Lyme" instructions and always test my water temperature to keep it around 98 degrees, but sometimes it is a bit higher/lower. When it's lower, even by a few degrees (as the water cools off), I don't sweat as much, but I still tend to feel refreshed afterward...just curious what insights you all may have.
(I always use dry brush my skin before each bath, and use ~4 cups of epsom in each bath, along with a few drops of lavender oil.)
2) When is the best time to drink kefir, aloe vera juice, and apple cider vinegar tonic (acv + h20 + a little stevia)? It seems like the answer for all 3 is first thing in the morning, but I don't want to drink all 3 of them - that seems excessive. I pulse my abx, and lately, on treatment days I've been doing acv in the morning, and then kefir before bed, but I've basically been skipping the aloe altogether. Would welcome any suggestions anyone may have.
Many thanks!!
