Does anyone know of a good Lyme-literate doctor in the Carolinas? My friend lives in Charlotte, NC and has been recently infected. She is getting the run around. Thanks guys for any help you can offer. Elaine

Hi Elaine, You are a good friend. >:) Did you try to google lyme and Charlotte ? Also you can ask around and see if anyone in the area can recommend a good Lyme literate MD. good luck.

I have already emailed an individual that heads up a Lyme organization in the Charlotte, NC area. Last time I posed this question to him was several months ago. There was no one at that time considered to be Lyme-literate. I pray that maybe there is someone new on the scene. Have not heard back from him yet. Thanks for the suggestions....Elaine
