I added a new antibiotic, and noticed foot pain maybe a week later. I also got a pain in my hand, and sometimes my fingers, once for about a half hour in my neck...then the next day- gone.

I assume the foot stuff is from Bartonella, and maybe the other pains, too. Just wondering if anyone else got new symptoms in treatment. I never had pain as a regular Lyme symptom.

I do think the new abx is hitting stuff that might have been hiding.

Oh- and today I got a lip twitch! It was crazy because it went on for like 5 minutes and it was really freaking me out.

What a crazy disease.

Oh lip twitches are the worst!! I had those!! Do you ever get restless leg?

Migrating symptoms...so weird. How about when you get one you have not had for MONTHS and out of a clear blue sky. zoink !

Right now my arthritis and neck stiffness are prominent. Lightheadedness creeps up on me often now too.
Absolute worst for me has been Costochondritis. Those of you that have experienced this stabbing pain under the rib cage know what Im talking about...yikes ! Had this wake me out of a deep sleep and ran for antibiotics. Bad.

I get the vibrating leg thing- like it vibrates on the inside. It's worse on the left side.

Migrating pains are very common... it's like the pain is running around...

Also, symptoms are there one day, then are gone the next day, and may be back the day after...

For many of us, one side of the body is worse than the other side. My left side is much worse than my right side.

I don't have lip twitches, but tongue twitches rolleyes - they drive me crazy.

Someone talked about old symptoms returning. I think it's the medication, herbs, detoxing, etc bringing them out to squash them for good. They go into hiding I believe. I've had a couple return from last year and then after a few weeks they are gone and stay gone. There are a couple of daunting ones (then again what isn't daunting about Lyme).

I experienced costochondritis for first time last evening, wasn't severe, and heating pad helped a lot. Also a lot of migratin muscle twitching.

I've been having lots of random migrating symptoms, some new, and some that aren't. I'm hoping it's the biaxin killing off lyme & co!

For me the most annoying & worrisome is the brain fog. When it hits, I try to go to sleep (unless I'm at work... they frown upon sleeping on the job, lol). I've been getting more sleep these days & thank God, the brain fog has been at bay.
