Ceftin, Azithromycin & Malarone for Babsia and Bartonella Question

Hi all, I am coming back to this board, guess I forgot I had already signed up- so it's been a while. I have Bartenella and Babesia (I know both are spelled wrong) and Lyme. I have stage 4 or Chronic Lyme as I've had tick bite and symptoms now for about 12 years. I was diagnosed about two years ago and have been treated with abx ever since. Different combinations and now on Ceftin, Malarone & Azithromycin for a while now, maybe 4 months or so. My Dr. asks me if I feel like it's working, and I'm not sure if this question means that if I am herxing real bad then the abx are working good or how I feel, because if I feel good than the abx probably are not killing. I know I am extremely tired, lazy and depression seems to have worsened. I didn't note earlier that I have more Neuro Lyme then any other. Of course all the other symptoms of brain dead, eyesight blurred, headaches, swollen glands that ache and into the ear, colonies popping up everywhere under my skin, over sensitive sensory. I wondered what other felt about this combination of abx and if what I feel means its working or not. My Dr. says that in a couple weeks when I go back to see him we are then going to talk about going on IV abx if I'm not getting better. Am I getting better?

Sorry to hear about your symptom picture. I had a lot of efficacy using abx and supportive herbs. We had a member recently whose issues were actually from yeast and not lyme. Is that a possibility with you? Even myself on probiotics, strict diet and azo yeast tabs had an issue with yeast/candida. It still flares even though I am no longer using antibiotics if I eat a lot of sugar. What are your detoxing habits also? Maybe some members on here can give you some good suggestions!

Red root is great for reducing drainage in the lymphs. I used it a lot during treatment and recently added it back in.
