Well I was having an okay day- dizzy and wobbly, of course, but overall getting some things done, walking outside with my son for a little. Then, my cousin colored my hair with some Henna-like product. I felt like I could use a boost since I've been slogging around in sweat pants for the last 8 months, feeling sick, and looking a mess.
Anyway, right as she was finishing, I began freaking out in my head- What if this hair dye causes my antibiotics to react weird? What if I have a chemical sensitivity that I never had before? Then I started feeling very weird, like spaced out, and like I was going crazy. So of course, I knew what was coming next.
My heart started racing like I had just jogged, my chest felt a little tight, my stomach felt a little nauseous, and my legs got more wobbly. Classic panic attack for me, so I just showered and kind of talked myself down. Then after the shower, I felt a twinging, burning like pain on the side of my breast, of all places, then some other weird pains in random places that I haven't noticed before.
The ear-ringing got really intense, and then kind of faded out.... I'm still feeling pretty weird, and assume it is a herx. I had some Alka Seltzer Gold, and am just going to get ready for bed. Anyone else ever feel like this?

Stress can really set things off. I think you did a good thing by taking Alka Seltzer and getting ready for bed. Often when I had anxiety I would take a shower and fall asleep and hope that when I woke up it would pass, the anxiousness, and usually - it did. Sweet dreams Bindy! I hope it is a rocking color and i'm sure it is safe.

I'm with Beth, I would blame it on the stress... first an adrenaline rush and then an adrenaline crash...
I have a similar reaction when I'm in a situation on sudden stress.
