Enhance/cucurmin

Hi Shelly,

I was asked to join a study group for Enhansa through my LLMD this past year.  I declined as I have read on numerous occasions and through resources that I trusted, that Tumeric/Curcumin should never be used with the presence of gall stones, which I have. 

I just saw my LLMD this past Monday and happened to ask him how that study went.  He said that it went very well.  I am afraid I can't give you specifics.  I can tell you that I was disappointed to decline as pain/inflammation has been a big part of my residual symptoms.  And many people here have had excellent success with Tumeric. I did however ask him if he would take Enhansa with the knowledge that gall stones were present. He said that he would but would do a cleanse first.  That just did not appeal to me.

I don't remember it making me any edgier, but I was a bundle of raw nerves pretty much when I started, so I'm not sure I would have noticed it!

Yes, please start all things slowly and build up slowly to your 'full' dose.

LOL! Most likely you would know if you had gall stones! It's painful! I had to have my Gall bladder removed because it was full of all sizes of stones and "gunk" (as the surgeon called it!). It was the longest week, because I couldn't hardly move off the couch! I would eat or drink like I needed to because moving was horrid!
