Hi!!
Welcome to our forum. I am also a fellow Delawarean. Is that what we are called? I would recommend, especially with a positive test - getting evaluated by a Lyme Literate Medical Doctor who is trained through ILADS.
No one in Delaware will help you at this point that I have found, I am so very sorry to say. Shoot me an email though - I do have referrals.
How are you feeling??
Lab tests especially through labcorp are horribly inaccurate, though it would be extremely extremely rare to test a false positive. Doctors really don't understand the specificity of WB. I have done WB so I feel I am able to speak about these tests as I am intimately familiar with them! IgM indicates an active infection as well. IgG turns positive when you have been infected for a bit longer.
There are multiple ways to heal from this disease, antibiotics, herbs, homeopathy and combinations of all three! I would recommend checking out our "New to Lyme" start here thread. And looking through. There is also a lot of great information on this site too on different protocols, what has worked for members dealing with specific symptoms etc.
