Just woke from nap and the viens in my palm are BULGING

And kinda hurt.

What would make this happen?
Here comes being paranoid again...

If somehow something was pressing above your wrist or a muscle contacted restricting flow out of your palm I could see that happening. My muscles do weird stuff all the time. Just a thought.

Hi Hallie! I'm not sure what causes this, but you are not alone. The veins in my legs, feet, hands, and arms bulge and hurt sometimes. I freaked out at first, but I think it's just a part of herxing. I talked to my LLMD about it, and he said he didn't think it was an issue. Hope it gets better :)
