Is it better/worse than stevia?
I found this cookbook, and thought if it is okay to use xylitol, I might buy this:

Also- do you guys have a favorite stevia brand? I can't quite get over the strong after-taste and I've had 3 different brands. The best I tried is Pure Synergy, but they only have sample bottles that they send with their Pure Synergy Superfood- (which is absolutley amazing, as are all of their products). I don't work for them or anything, but I got turned on to their stuff by my acupuncturist a few years ago.
