It's all too apparent...

Wow, that expains much. I have been suffering for two days now, and the rages are over the top! Plus my neck thing is also awful, and I'm feeling so, so blue and down. Lovely.

But, this could all be due to herxing, too. Either way, it's not fun. : (

Yesterday I felt absolutely terrible....better today, but still not too smashing... Wonder if the moon is to blame ?

Yes, the full moon will frequently cause our symptoms to flare. I'm not sure what the actual science on this is, but after being here for this many years, I've sure seen a lot of people have to deal with this....including me when I was still in treatment.
