Lesions on C-Spine & Lyme

Hi, yes, i have lesions on my brain. They are not typical for MS and my spinal tap came back normal. I have seen multiple neurologists and MS specialists and have not received a diagnosis. I have had positive lymes as per Igenex test and have had some treatment with oral antibiotics and did get better for a time, but still have many strange lingering symptoms. I recently had a quest lyme test and it came back with band 23 positive. I am going to a llmd to have more testing done. I have no lesions on my spine. My primary doctor said i should be treated with IV antibiotics since it appears to be late stage/neuro lymes.

I was having pain in my lower buttocks and they found a lesion on my lower pelvic area of my spine. I was evaluated for cancer. It was negative. I was told by another md it was a hemangioma, a blood filled area on my spine, but the MRI said lesion. I am going to see a neurologist this month to see if I have lesions on the rest of my spine and my brain. I have been told by 3 llmd I have lyme disease and this is what has caused the lesion. but I am so scared, I thought it may be helpful to have more scans and to get some help for the terrible neuropathy I have.
