Many of us find we need to do more. You can dry skin brush, drink at least 64ounces of water (add lemon if you are having bad issues with muscle cramps, spasms or twitching) for a few suggestions. You can even add detoxing foods to your diet regularly.
Some need to use things like cilantro and parsley, or use binders such as activated charcoal or chlorella. If you use binders though, you must be sure to take them only when needed and 2 hours after taking food/nutritional drinks/supplements/herbs/medicines/abx and 2 hours before taking any of those things - or it will absorb those too.
