I've had problems with it too and following some of the Weston Price diet has helped me. Soaking nuts, seeds, and beans was the biggest help. I thought I was going to have to give those up before I learned that. I still have some bloating, but not the very uncomfortable bloating I had.
Do you add any dark, leafy greens to your smoothies? If not, that would be a good addition. You could add some kefir or yogurt with live cultures to get more probiotics.
