C6 peptide + Western Blot, putting it all together

I saw a PCP and an infection disease doctor and both adamantly said I do NOT have Lyme disease given positive results on the C6 EIA & Western Blot tests. Both said that my symptoms are not strong enough for Lyme disease, even though I am waking up 50 times every night, without any relief.

I am trying to see a LLMD but it won't be for another 5 weeks. In the meantime, I did some research on C6 peptide test:

"The Lyme C6- Peptide ELISA Test is the newest entry in Lyme disease testing accuracy. The Lyme C6 Peptide ELISA is very different that the earlier Lyme ELISA test. It was developed at Tulane University and available since 2000. It can confirm exposure in more that 60% of patients. The chance of a false positive result in under 1%. While this new test when positive can confirm that an individual is infected with Lyme disease, unfortunately there is still no test clinically available that when negative proves that an individual does NOT have Lyme disease."

To me that means that the C6 test is 99% accurate, but CATCHES only 60% of Lyme patients. Breaking that down even more to me means that a positive result is almost guaranteed to be Lyme positive. The 60% only means that there is a 40% chance of having a negative result if someone has Lyme.

Couple that with a positive IgG band 41 and I would say I have it. Unfortunately, because I didn't have the CDC standard 5 positive bands, then both doctors said I don't have Lyme. And my symptoms are not as severe for a late stage Lyme.

Thoughts?

I practically begged with both doctorsfor a 4 week trial of antibiotics and both doctors refused to budge. I said the risk with antibiotics for 4 weeks is relatively small and the benefit would be curing something I've had for 10 years.

Does anyone know how confirmatory the c6 test is?
