YES!! Keep taking probiotics!! Even the herbs with their antibacterial actions will kill off some of the good bacteria in the intestines.
Although you could switch to kefir if you wanted - whether you culture your own or not. I used kefir exclusively for my probiotics and the only time I ever had any issues with yeasts was if I managed to not have my kefir!
I just purchased my very first water kefir grains this week too!
I can't wait to have the non-dairy version on hand as well!
