Has anyone had success with kombucha? Has it helped your intestinal issues or any other symptoms?

I know that we have had at least one other thread on Kombucha, so if no one answers you, I would suggest that you use the search function above to find other opinions.

I was hoping that you would get some more views and get some posts! I was watching this thread sneak down further and further to the bottom without anyone responding! smhair So I was hoping by posting that it would not only bring it back up to the top for you, but I could also let you know that there have been other posts, albeit old ones, if no one responded!

Of course if we just keep posting to each other, it will keep this thread at the top too! smilewinkgrin

I don't know how much it's helping, but I drink it for the probiotics and enzymes.

Im with Garden Peace - I also drink it, but Im not certain if its helping at all. Its a great replacement for soda as it has the same great "sting" and "bubbliness" of carbonated drinks.

However, in hte amounts I was drinking, it can be expensive, so Ive moved towards drinking more filtered, alkaline water and simply taking my probiotic supplements. The supplements are confirmed to be working for me, so Im trying to manage my money more intelligently.

Well, you can make it yourself, but it's something else that takes time and energy. Maybe I should stick to the Coconut Kefir I was making with S. Boullardi.
