The anxiety is really the worst. I know the "gotta get out of here" feeling. I had it over the weekend at a Christmas party. My heart was racing, I felt like I had to leave, I was shaky. It's not fun, but I will agree with the others that it does get better.
Mine used to be so bad I couldn't leave the house, and at the same time I was scared to be alone. With treatment, it has toned down. I have started taking L-Theanine, and I think it is working for me. You might want to look into it, as well.
