Best protocol for which co-infections

Does anyone know which lyme disease protocols work the best against certain co-infections? For instance, Cowden Condensed Protocol may work best with babesia and bartonella. I know there are the Zang, Buhner, Jernigan and probably a couple of others I have not hear of.

I did 9 months of abx treating along with chelation and a couple of supplements. I have taken 6 months off with the remaining symptoms not getting worse or better. I would like to start a protocol that correlates with the specific co-infection symptoms.

Any help will be greatly appreciated! confused

Welcome! Have you read the "new to Lyme" thread at the top of the page? It looks like you've done quite a bit of research already, but there's always more to learn it seems.

I hope you have good success with future treatments. Someone more experienced than me will be along to help you.

That's the $64 million question!! There really is no easy answer to that, as these infections use our body's weaknesses against us, so we each need something at least slightly different to heal.

We do have basic symptom lists for co-infections in our "New to Lyme?" thread, and there's this one that is much more comprehensive - although I cannot speak to it's accuracy:
