Hello Everyone...I'm feeling pretty lousy today, so I will keep this intro short. Glad I found you!
I started symptoms in 2002. Negative on 3 Lyme tests, diagnosed with CFIDS. Eventually had to go on disability.
Just had the CD57 test done and was very low, so I did the IGenx lab work, still waiting for results.

I'm looking for LLMD on the central coast of CA, just in case my dr doesn't want to treat aggressively. Any suggestions?
I'm so tired of being sick.

Welcome tbig. You've come to a good place to learn and get support and understanding. I'd suggest you read through the "New to Lyme? Start here!" thread at the top of the page to learn more about Lyme and treatments. I hope you'll find a good doctor to help you through it.

I'm glad you found us too tbig. I am in a hurry to get out the door, but I know someone will come on to give you ideas for a good LLMD. I believe ILADS may have recommendations so you could check out their site. My husband has not seen one - we used alternative methods we discovered- but if he decides to, we would find one that is ILADS approved. Good luck!

welcome tbig, you have found a good place. you sound like me in such a short description.

My tests have come back negative (although many believe INDs should be counted which would then make me positive). Just had a CD57 late last Oct and it was low. I have been fighting this I believe since 2005 (maybe longer but that is when it really started interfering with life). Welcome. Come back and share, ask questions when you feel up to it. Please share your IGenex results if you will you will find many have their results in their sigs or have separate threads). I look forward to seeing yours, my PCP said my IGenex test results was negative but I'm learning not to take negative at face value. My ELISA was also neggative over a year ago. I have lost a lot these past few years but still in the fight. This is a great place when one gets battle weary.

hi tbig, you are on the right track. I was told I had fibromyalgia before my lyme diagnosis. I would say you do have lyme jackie
