Possible Lyme Symptoms?

Hi Everyone-

I've posted before but am looking for some more input. I asked a few other people recently who told me that I should in fact see a LLMD because my symptoms sound suspicious. I'd love some more input.

I've had some really weird things going on the last 5 months. Here they are in order of how they appeared, and I've been to 2 GI's, a neurologist, my internist and a natural doctor who all say I'm "fine" because my tests all come back normal. However, I don't feel everything is fine.

1. End of August I had a terrible wave of nausea come upon me that lasted a few days (never threw up). With the nausea came extreme belching. Once the nausea went away, the belching never did. It has been going on every single day now for almost 5 months. It's on an empty stomach but worse with any bite or sip of drink (even water). I'm doing nothing different. It just appeared. At it's worst time I was belching well over 100 times a day. No heartburn, reflux, nothing. All tests show nothing and that all is fine. Not swallowing air, drinking soda, etc.

2. Hands/arms started falling asleep almost every night and waking me up completely numb and tingley.
3. Terrible muscle twitching started (all over the body, every day) (normal EMG, neurological exam and brain CT sacn)
4. Mild nausea often (no throwing up)
5. I feel a little shakey, legs feel a little unsturdy
6. Once in a while I feel very subtle feelings inside (like a very mild vibration). Mild enough I would think I was imagining it but I don't think I am...
7. Difficult to keep weight on
8. "flutters" or "thumping" sounds in ears. Started around the same time as the twitching. Not sure if this is an inner ear twitch or what?

I'm just so confused. I do have an appt with a LLMD...I've also read a few things that say Bartonella could possibly cause a belching issue for some people?

Please share your thoughts...I'm so desparate for answers and worrying there is something going on that all my tests just wouldn't show and my doctors wouldn't pick up on.

Are you in treatment? What kind of treatment are you using/planning on using?

For your stomach issues, have you tried ginger? You can use capsules or tea - which you can make yourself. If you need immediate relief and have ground ginger in your spice cabinet, try heating one cup of water and adding 2 - 3 tsp of ginger and just enough sweetener to get it down. It should work quickly and well.
