Looking for Best LLMD's in USA?

I live in Canada (Greater Toronto Area) and was just recently diagnosed with Lyme and a co-infection (Anaplasma phagocytophilum, from Ehrlichia family?). Possibly more co-infections as I have not yet started antibiotics.

Since we have no LLMD's here in Canada, I am looking for a reputable LLMD in the USA with a high cure rate (in any state). Your recommendations are appreciated.

I have had my symptoms for pretty much all my life and now at 36 years old it's been a relief to finally find the cause of all my pain and suffering. My boyfriend has Lyme and Ehrlichia as well based on his symptoms, though he has not yet been officially tested.

I read a couple of blogs from people from Canada.  One goes to a doctor in Northern New York on the border close to Canada for her treatment.  I think the doctor is really good.  The blogs are called Lymed Out and The Lyme Maze.

What part of Canada are you in (might help narrow down an LLMD closer to you)?

I live in Toronto area, Ontario. I am able to fly anywhere to get treated though. Cost is of no concern as I am looking for best treatment possible.

There are Holistic docs in your area that can still treat these infections. You can also email me if you wish to have that info.

It's really hard to determine "who's the best" as everyone has a different opinion on what makes the best doc.

Personally, I agree a lot with the thoughts of Dr. H in NY - but I also know that not all here would agree with me.
