Hi Joeyphoenix!
Welcome to our community!
It's
very unlikely that your Primary will be able to treat you effectively. You will need someone that has been trained by ILADS (International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society) or has a Holistic view of healing and is very good at what they do.
I have had those same symptoms (& tons more) and although my nerves are still healing, I only get a few shooting pains or warm sensations from time to time now. Although it's only maybe once or twice a week.... unless I go out and over do waaayyy too much! LOL!
Please also understand that even if your test comes back as a negative that in no way means that you don't have these infections. As much as 50% of those with these infections won't test positive due to several factors that I'd be happy to list if you would like.
I would say that you should be looking into Bartonella and Babesia and possibly Lyme disease according to the symptoms that you listed. It would be really good if you would read through our "New to Lyme? Start here! " thread if you haven't yet, as it's packed full of important information. Things like symptoms lists (as Lyme rarely is the only infection passed), detoxing help, and a bunch of other information including many links.
Here is another symptom list that you can use to see what infections you likely are dealing with:
