I would eat the things that tempt you the most, like, for example, ice cream, chocolate, peanut butter in a smoothie, and sneak in a few things that are good for you.
I never used to turn down chocolate or peanut butter, but now I turn down chocolate only because I have to.
Ok, when I was nauseous, I didn't eat anything.
