Im not taking Wobenzym N specifically, but I am taking several supplements that when combined cover the very same range of proteases (enzymes that break down proteins). Im a huge believer in some of these proteases and the science behind it. Im also runner so these joint problems are a huge issue for me. The ones Im taking:
Bromelain
Papain
Pancreatin
Lipase
Amylase
Trypsin & Alpha Chymotrypsin
Superoxide Dismu tase
Catalase
However, the single most powerful enzyme that has ever worked for me is Serrapeptase, which is the digestive enzyme discovered in the silk worm. This stuff is powerful. With it I can continue to run, bike and exercise. Without it, I have severe, almost unmanageable joint inflammation and pain (so I cant tell if the other proteases are helping or not because thats how good this stuff is)
For those interested, you might also want to try Nattokinase and Lumbrokinase. Ive been told these might be more powerful than Serrapetase (but the Serrapeptase works so definitively well for me, I stopped researching).
