Vikki12-
I remember reading quite a few improvement posts in the past on body structural noises going away. Its mostly about
time, its very gradual. Took years for me but I had this for decades- I was worst case senario.
Its mostly body tension. Muscles, fascia, tendons. Joint need equal tension to work smoothly.
All those noises are from a ridgedly tight body structure that these infections somehow create. The whole body or just certain areas. Any "body worker" , chiro ect can feel this in you. Popping joints are also from gas in them, as normal people have this too, but prob not as drastic. There are studies with reports finding that lyme can calcify tendons. This makes them hard. Working them with pressure repeatedly softens them up.
In addition to eradicating the critters, I also did a lot of self learned muscle tension release rolling, self PT in the gym and doing outdoor stuff. Not everyone needs that, some do, it increases tissue circulation which leads to healing. My body was beat from sports injuries that never healed correctly from lyme. I worked on and actually corrected past injuries from 20-25 years ago. Hopefully you wont need that.
People could also hear me walking toward them, now I'm pretty stealth with movements lol. But my walking "gate" is now pretty normal to, so there is almost no unevenness to my body tension vs before. My neck would grind, hips and toes snap, I could "pop" my sternum when I stretched and limped off and on for more than a decade. I ended abx in 2016.
I also used Arnica montana and Penetrex topical sometimes followed with DMSO "painted on" with a natural horse hair brush- not a plastic or nylon one (might melt).
