I've wondered this same thing. I'm not diagnosed with Lyme (yet), or on a treatment protocol, but there is definitely something living in my lymph nodes.
For what it is worth, I noticed no difference with Cats Claw, less susceptibility to catching bugs with Andrographis, and less lymph node swelling, less fever, and less susceptibility to catching bugs with a Quassia Amara tea I make out of the bark. With the Quassia tea, it seems I can chase away even bacterial infections if I catch them early. It kills some strains of malaria and head lice. I find it to be a very interesting bark, but I just want to put it out there that Quassia Amara can be dangerous under certain circumstances and cause irreversible vision loss, so do research to ensure its safe for your body.
I no longer routinely use anything except Quassia as needed for symptoms because I'm hoping to find an LLMD in Illinois and get some direction.
