I was reading the post about mexico,

and then i thought of ,

if there is no clear roadmap for everyone

some of us are really ill,

it gets scary, what do you do, which dr do i trust, i have so many dollars, which dr, am i going 'gamble' my health well being on?

it is sooooo scary


years can go by and one can be so ill


it can be a nightmare


i just say to everyone, to do their research as much as possible before you make any decision with trying to get well with lyme

pray , meditate, trust your gut,

sit still as long as you can, and even if it is for just a second, build up to more,

to sit and be with a higher power, whatever it is to you, and breathe as much as you can, and i pray for us all, the clear answers will come, of what safe, way to go, to get our bodies to heal , what are next step is, so we can resume our lives and finally, once and for all, fully live

and if your body is twitching so much, try to have someone send prayers for you, so when you are not twitching so much, you have a moment of 'normlacy' than you can see if you can get clear, for what your next step is too, on this long journey back to wellness

Prayers to you too WellBeautifulSpirit. It is hard...I wasted so much money on doctors that didn't care, misdiagnosed me, etc. I am thankful for the great medical team I have now but in the beginning it was rough. Praying for your healing constantly and all of us. Because once we get well we have work to do. I want to pay it forward and help those who will need it in regards to Lyme Disease.
