Hello everyone, I hope all is well. So I tried Aveena Sativa months ago in the tincture and it didn't go well for me. So a few months later after talking to my herbalist she told me to try the Oatstraw version and brew it and drink like a tea. Well I will say I started this week and WOW it is very calming! I'm weaning off of Lorazepam and need some extra assistance in doing so because the withdrawal symptoms suck. It helps with anxiety, nerves and also is loaded with B vitamins as well. I brew 12oz in the morning and have some in the morning, more in the afternoon and a cup before I go to bed.
I'm praying that between this, Ashwagandha (which is also good for people with Lyme and other chronic illnesses) that I can totally wean off of the Lorazepam and even after the Lyme drama comes to an end I'm going to keep it around because it's a great stress reliever (and has some other benefits too).
