Looking for LLMD in Birmingham, AL

Hello

I've had chronic Lyme for a few years now. I was diagnosed about two years ago by a LLMD up in New York and took different antibiotics for a year. For a while I was fine, but recently I have been having flare ups, and they have been getting worse. Since I am in Birmingham, I can't go see my original doctor.

tdlr; Does anyone know of a LLMD in Birmingham or nearby like Atlanta?
